This double finger ring should be comfortable and can be wear at your convenience on middle and index finger, or middle and ring finger. In both case, we suggest you measure your bigger finger. If you hesitate between 2 sizes, we suggest sizing up.
The jewel will be delivered in a matching box with a velvet pouch and a care guide. Bright polished sterling silver jewelry can develop a patina and darken over time. The best way to take care of your jewelry is to clean it gently with a soft jewelry polishing cloth to bring back the shine and original brightness.

Most of our fine jewelry pieces are unique and can be adjusted from size 3 to 15, depending on the design. If your size isn’t listed, please contact us to see if adjustments are possible; if not, a custom production is always an option!

Most of our gold jewelry is ready to ship and will be sent within 48 hours of purchase.
However, some pieces are made to order. If that’s the case, our team will notify you promptly and provide an estimated shipping time.
For one-of-a-kind rings, the available size is specified in the ring's description. If you need a free size adjustment, please allow up to 2 weeks before dispatch, as we require some time to adjust the ring for you. Please note that resized rings are final sale.
For our silver and gold vermeil rings, we maintain a limited inventory. We will contact you after your purchase to let you know whether the requested size is in stock or if it will need to be specially made for you.
If it is in stock, it will be sent within 48 hours. If it must be produced, please allow 8 to 16 working days before shipping.

Returns & exchanges
If your Ruby Mardi piece hasn't been modified (resized or engraved) or made to order, you can return it by mail or at our Montreal store.
For online orders, please ensure your item is returned within 14 days from the date of delivery (shipping time included – we'll send you a return label). For in-store purchases, returns must be made within 7 days. All items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Warranty
Ruby Mardi pieces are crafted to endure.
In the unlikely event that a manufacturing defect escapes our rigorous quality control, simply return your jewel to us and we'll repair it promptly.
Such defects typically appear within the first few months of wearing a jewelry piece, which is why we offer a one-year warranty on your jewel. Please refer to our full warranty for more details.
Please note that our silver and vermeil gold jewelry is sold without any warranty.
