Most of our jewelry is ready to ship and will be send within 48 hours of purchase, except for rings

One-of-a-kind rings: the available size is written in the ring's description. If you need a free size adjustment, please count 2 weeks before dispatch, as we will need some time to adjust the ring for you. 

Silver and Gold Vermeil rings: We will contact you after purchase to let you know if the requested size is in stock, or if it will be specially made for you.

If it is in stock, it will be sent to you within 48 hours.
If it must be produced, please count 8 to 12 working days before shipping.

** Do not hesitate to contact us to check if your size is in stock **

Please ensure that the finger size requested at the time of purchase is the correct one. If the size received does not fit you, and you cannot come to Ruby Mardi in person to have it adjusted for free, we advise you to visit a local jewelry store. A size adjustment should cost you between $30 and $50.

    All jewelry is shipped from Montreal, Canada.





    SHIPPING METHODS

    Your item will be sent via a trusted carrier (Fedex, Purolator, UPS or DHL) with a tracking number. This number will be sent to you shortly after sending.





    CANCELLATIONS and RETURN POLICY

    Please note that all transactions are final and no order can be canceled once the payment is proceed.

    Please contact us at ruby@rubymardi.com in the event of a problem, and we will be happy to assist you.

    It is possible to exchange an item, but the shipping costs will then be borne by the buyer, both for the return and for the sending of the new jewel. The jewel to be exchanged must be received in perfect condition and in its original packaging before being exchanged by Ruby Mardi. In the case of an exchange, please contact us first. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange.

    Of course, if your item is delivered to you damaged, we will take care of replacing it as soon as possible. In such a case, please accompany your request of photos, and communicate with us within two (2) days of receipt of the package.

    We offer the cleaning of your fine jewelry free of charge, you only have to notify us thirty minutes in advance before showing up for a cleaning.
