One-of-a-kind rings: the available size is written in the ring's description. If you need a free size adjustment, please count 2 weeks before dispatch, as we will need some time to adjust the ring for you.
Silver and Gold Vermeil rings: We will contact you after purchase to let you know if the requested size is in stock, or if it will be specially made for you.
If it is in stock, it will be sent to you within 48 hours.
If it must be produced, please count 8 to 12 working days before shipping.

All jewelry is shipped from Montreal, Canada.
Your item will be sent via a trusted carrier (Fedex, Purolator, UPS or DHL) with a tracking number. This number will be sent to you shortly after sending.
Payment & Taxes
All transactions are processed securely through Shopify's payment system, using your own prefered payment method (credit cards, paypal, Sezzle, etc.).
For purchases shipped to Canada: applicable taxes will be automatically added at checkout.
For international purchases (outside Canada): taxes are not collected at the time of purchase but may be claimed by customs in the country of delivery upon receipt of goods. We recommend that you inquire about taxes and duties in the country of delivery before making your purchase.
Returns, exchanges and warranty
We accept returns for jewelry that is already in stock and has not been altered. We do not issue refunds but offer an exchange or credit.
Please note that custom creations and jewelry that has been altered or resized are final sales. We recommend that you confirm your finger size for rings and/or wrist diameter for bracelets before placing your order.

We cannot issue refunds once an order is placed, we put it into production and it cannot be cancelled.
All non-jewelry items like paper flowers and dolls are also final sales and are not covered by any warranty. Of course if it's received damaged, we'll send a replacement.
HOW TO RETURN JEWELRY
The return must be made within 7 days of receipt of the jewelry. The jewelry must be returned in its original packaging and must not have been worn.
Returns can be made directly to the store, or they must be returned at your expense by FedEx, UPS, DHL or Purolator courier with a tracking number and signature upon receipt of the goods.
Once we have received the item and verified its condition, we will proceed with the exchange or credit. Please note that items that have been resized are not exchangeable.
For returns from outside Canada: you are responsible for shipping costs and we recommend that you insure your shipments for the value of the returned item. We are not responsible for packages lost or stuck at customs.
For international returns (all countries except Canada), you must provide a commercial invoice stating the product details, its country of production (Canada), the HTS code "9813.00.00" and write down "Canadian products returned to Canada for warranty repair". Failure to do so may result in fees/taxes that will be charged to the sender.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that we consider abusive. Please contact us by email for further information with the order number.
We offer a 1 year warranty on our fine jewelry and custom creations.
For engagement rings and gold rings: we offer a complimentary resizing within 3 months of purchase (in-store service only).
For silver and gold plated (vermeil) jewelry: please note that this jewelry is not guaranteed. Silver jewelry is more fragile than other jewelry and can deteriorate in different ways depending on the use and how it's weared. We offer a service of repair/restoration of silver plated jewelry, polishing and plating, for a refurbishment.
