Shipping Terms

Most of our gold jewelry is ready to ship and will be sent within 48 hours of purchase.

However, some pieces are made to order. If that’s the case, our team will notify you promptly and provide an estimated shipping time.

For one-of-a-kind rings, the available size is specified in the ring's description. If you need a free size adjustment, please allow up to 2 weeks before dispatch, as we require some time to adjust the ring for you. Please note that resized rings are final sale.

For our silver and gold vermeil rings, we maintain a limited inventory. We will contact you after your purchase to let you know whether the requested size is in stock or if it will need to be specially made for you.

If it is in stock, it will be sent within 48 hours. If it must be produced, please allow 8 to 16 working days before shipping.

Available shipping options and rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your address and the contents of your order.

SHIPPING METHODS

Your item will be sent via a trusted carrier (Fedex, Purolator, UPS or DHL) with a tracking number. This number will be sent to you shortly after sending.
