Most of our fine jewelry pieces are unique and can be adjusted from size 3 to 15, depending on the design. If your size isn’t listed, please contact us to see if adjustments are possible; if not, a custom production is always an option!

Most of our gold jewelry is ready to ship and will be sent within 48 hours of purchase.

However, some pieces are made to order. If that’s the case, our team will notify you promptly and provide an estimated shipping time.

For one-of-a-kind rings, the available size is specified in the ring's description. If you need a free size adjustment, please allow up to 2 weeks before dispatch, as we require some time to adjust the ring for you. Please note that resized rings are final sale.

For our silver and gold vermeil rings, we maintain a limited inventory. We will contact you after your purchase to let you know whether the requested size is in stock or if it will need to be specially made for you.

If it is in stock, it will be sent within 48 hours. If it must be produced, please allow 8 to 16 working days before shipping.

We ship our jewelry across Canada, the United States, and most international destinations.

Available shipping options and rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your address and the contents of your order.

SHIPPING METHODS

Your item will be sent via a trusted carrier (Fedex, Purolator, UPS or DHL) with a tracking number. This number will be sent to you shortly after sending.

All jewelry is shipped from Montreal, Canada.

If your Ruby Mardi piece hasn’t been modified (resized or engraved) or made to order, you may return it by mail or at our Montreal store.

For online returns, notify us within 7 days and ensure we receive the item within 10 days. Ruby Mardi provides a prepaid Express return label; the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.

For in-store purchases, you must notify us and return the item within 7 days of purchase.

All items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Items purchased with a discount code are final sale.

Ruby Mardi pieces are crafted to endure.
In the unlikely event that a manufacturing defect escapes our rigorous quality control, simply return your jewel to us and we'll repair it promptly.

Such defects typically appear within the first few months of wearing a jewelry piece, which is why we offer a one-year warranty on your jewel. Please refer to our full warranty for more details.

Please note that our silver and vermeil gold jewelry is sold without any warranty.
