Maxime Proulx grew up surrounded by fashion and creativity, designing clothes and jewelry from a young age. After studying jewelry at the École de Joaillerie de Montréal, she spent three years honing her craft alongside experienced artisans, all while quietly building her own dream.

In 2015, she took the leap and officially launched Maksym, a jewelry brand we happen to find delicately stunning here at Ruby Mardi.

Today, Maxime creates modern engagement rings and wedding bands out of her studio in Montreal’s Hochelaga neighbourhood. Together with her small team of passionate jewelers, she brings each design to life by hand, always with an eye for balance, detail, and strong personal style.
