Rooz Jewellery

 

Roozbeh Rastegar est artiste, designer, joaillier et fabriquant.
Il est né dans une famille d'artisans à Téhéran, en Iran. Contrairement à sa famille, il a étudié les mathématiques au lycée et l'ingénierie céramique à l'université. Cependant, il a toujours été subjugué par la créativité qui émane de l'esprit des artistes et des inventeurs ; le processus donnant vie à quelque chose qui n'existait pas auparavant le fascine !

En 2017, il a suivi le programme d'art de la bijouterie au George Brown College de Toronto pour marier ses compétences manuelles et son esprit créatif. Pendant ses études, Roozbeh a lancé sa marque de bijoux ROOZ Jewellery et n'a cessé depuis de développer son entreprise indépendante. Tout en complétant son diplôme avancé en joaillerie, Roozbeh a reçu plusieurs prix prestigieux tels que celui d'artiste émergent canadien de l'Association canadienne de gemmologie.

ROOZ signifie « jour » en langue persane.
